tlx purchase They just couldn't get the numbers right.we were there 4 hours the day we purchased the tlx.when we picked the vichele up a few days later ,traveling They just couldn't get the numbers right.we were there 4 hours the day we purchased the tlx.when we picked the vichele up a few days later ,traveling from r.i..the numbers were still wrong. This is our 2 purchase at your dealership. The first time was smooth and correct our sales Man Sean was good and the finance person Was excellent. He was right on it in minutes. This time we waited and waited for the numbers person to get it done.after an hour Plus we ask Gil to go get them. More

Very helpful even though it was not his sales I had the occasion to meet James when I went to pick up my vehicle, a few days after I purchased it. My original sales consultant, Craig Bentley was u I had the occasion to meet James when I went to pick up my vehicle, a few days after I purchased it. My original sales consultant, Craig Bentley was unable to be present at that time so he asks me to look for James when I go to pick up my vehicle. Now, I have had experiences in other dealerships, especially at Westboro Toyota, where if the person who is present during the delivery is not the person who made the actual sale , then he is very uncourteous and doesn't care at all about what the customer may be looking to find out. Typically his only concern would be to get done with the process as soon as possible even at cost of being rude, just because he doesn't get any commission out of this particular sale. But James was quite the opposite. Not only did he explain everything in the new car painstakingly, he also let me play around with it a bit while he was still around and help me get started while all the time being very friendly and funny which made me very happy. I also picked his brain with a lot of questions regarding the car and he was always replying to me sincerely and with a smile. I have been seldom exposed to this level of courteousness and professionalism at a car dealership and that prompted me to write this review for James. Way to go James, good luck and see you again during service. More
