Viraj, We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience, everything we do at our dealership group is meant to give the best experience in the industry. We can understand your frustration with the slow pace of your process, however there is ultimately no way for us to sell you a vehicle until a financial institution will give you a loan. When we sent your personal information over to the bank, there were several inconsistencies from what you initially told us in terms of income and identity. We were ultimately able to work with the bank and get you an excellent approval which allowed you to get the car, with you only providing an offer letter with your income on it; However once again your offer letter’s income was inconsistent from the income you had inferred you received and ultimately the bank decided they did not want to grant you a loan. You then decided to proceed as a customer paying cash and we quickly processed your transaction. As one of the oldest family owned dealers in the US, there is nothing we want more than for you to get the great experience you deserve. We thank you for your feedback and look forward to working with you in the future.
