Herb Connolly Acura Service I've owned my 2007 certified preowned Acura TL since February of 2009 and I've been having it serviced at the dealership ever since. This is not for c I've owned my 2007 certified preowned Acura TL since February of 2009 and I've been having it serviced at the dealership ever since. This is not for convenience either. I live an hour away. The reasons I've been a faithful customer of the service department are twofold I suppose. First, of course, the quality and expertise of the guys who work on my car are top notch. They always diagnose what the issues are and take care of business. I have complete faith, based on years of experience, that the job will be done right. Second, and perhaps this is the most important element, is the way you're treated by everyone you come into contact with. I am never made to feel stupid when I discuss whats going on with my car. They actually listen to you and take your opinions seriously. Then your service advisor (and I've had many) will present you with the findings and give you multiple options. I have never once felt forced or pressured to do something that wasn't necessary. They will be straight with you and tell you what's important and what can wait or even what's not really needed at all. The wise old adage "trust but verify" is something I apply to both professional and personal relationships. I have complete trust in the service department at Herb Connolly Acura based on many years of evidence. You will be in good hands with them. More

Everyone is super friendly professional polite and I always feel spoiled I guess that's why I bought an Acura. BUT, I purchased all weather floor mats they are wonderful except there was a defect in the front left driver seat mat. I pointed it out to the service manager and he replaced the mat with a brand-new one which had the exact same defect . I was told that all floor mats for the RDX have the same defect and was given no offer of resolution. I have looked at other new and used RD X vehicles with all weather floor mats and have found none that exhibit this defect . I don't understand why the dealership would just not replace the mat with one that does not have a defect or return my purchase amount? Although I rate my overall satisfaction as extremely high I I am having a very difficult time understanding why this problem has not been resolved . More

Able to right some wrongs - but unsure if I'd go back I actually really like my 2017 RDX that I just bought, but my overall experience wasn't great. The first two things were frustrating... 1. Bait I actually really like my 2017 RDX that I just bought, but my overall experience wasn't great. The first two things were frustrating... 1. Bait and switch of pricing. I was quoted a price from an online quote. When it actually came time to discuss price, I learned that this price was only for current Acura owners (I was not and never indicated that I was). But it got me in the door and the next closest dealership was so far away that it was a cost-of-my-time tradeoff at that point 2. Pushy Financing after purchase. Very junior finance person going through his script to sell add-ons, protection plans, etc. after the purchase. I'm firmly saying that I am not interested and would like to decline. He could not let it go. Finally mumbling about my decision to decline "I don't agree with it". Just unprofessional and forgetting who was customer. A final issue surfaced which was remedied: 3. As part of the final car delivery, I ordered all-weather car mats. The dealership ordered the wrong ones and nobody realized until after they were installed. When I asked for it to be fixed, the initial response was a huge hassle and disappointing. Only after I posted a negative online review did it get attention. That said, the management that I dealt at that point worked very hard to make me happy and I do give them credit for fixing the issue - but never should have gotten to that point to begin with. Net is that I like the car a lot, but if/when I were to purchase again, I would probably consider some other dealerships. More

Total Satisfaction I was in and out within an hour. The battery was replaced and the car washed. The only issue was no snacks in the waiting room. Plenty of water, th I was in and out within an hour.
