Great price for Acura 2017 MDX, terrible customer service We contacted this dealership by phone and spoke to Nana . We worked out a good price so we drove to see the car and buy it. When we got there they were very busy ,had to wait for a salesman. Finally Ryan came over and we went for a test drive. We loved the car so we started the paperwork. Two hours later we finally got to see the finance guy Nick. That was all a big push to add more money to your bill. We asked for a low rate and he breezed by the paperwork so we wouldn't notice he put us in for a much higher loan rate. We made him change it and we were on our way. Two days later I called to find out when they would be delivering my car , it's not ready ,the guys not working, lots of excuses. Every time I called the dealership Ryan never took my calls or returned them. It seems to me they were done after they made the sale. It took nine days to have my car delivered,so they threw in one set of front mats, for my inconvenience. I would think after spending 50,000 dollars there would be better customer service. Very disappointed! More
A135 service on my 2011 TSX wagon with 112k miles. Unreasonable wait time I bought my Acura MDX at Herb Connolly (the second vehicle we've bought from the dealer). Getting an appointment is easy and the service staff is alwa I bought my Acura MDX at Herb Connolly (the second vehicle we've bought from the dealer). Getting an appointment is easy and the service staff is always helpful (especially David). That being said, the guys responsible for vacuuming ad washing the car kept me waiting for over an hour. My car was in for routine maintenance and I was told it would be vacuumed, washed and ready shortly. After an hour or more, I went to inquire about my car and no one in detailing seemed to know who was responsible or when my car would be ready. It was at least another 15-20 minutes before they found someone and my car was done. I arrived at 9:45 a.m. and didn't get out of there til 12:30. THIS HAS HAPPENED IN THE PAST, TOO. Someone needs to fix this. I come to the dealership - 30 minutes from my home - for a dealership experience and as good as the service desk folks are, this is a really annoying (and unnecessary) problem. More

Professional Service Agent I was scheduled for an oil change and upon vehicle inspection, it was determined that my vehicle needed to have the rear brakes done. Condition of the brakes were thoroughly explained to me. Work was completed professionally and on time. That service agent also mentioned that I needed to have, in the near future, the coolant flushed which we will do next time. More
