Excellent Dealership Experience from Walk-in to Drive-out I am writing to your team today to share about my experience at your dealership. I came in a few days ago to inquire about the 2017 Acura MDX. Upon I am writing to your team today to share about my experience at your dealership. I came in a few days ago to inquire about the 2017 Acura MDX. Upon entering this attractive dealership, I was greeted by a friendly associate who offered assistance but not in an aggressive manner. The associate “gave me space” to look around and then introduced me to Ryan Gorman (Sales & Leasing Consultant). Ryan and I spent a few minutes discussing my needs and went for a test drive. My first impression of Ryan was that he was not the typical, aggressive “car salesman” who just wanted to close a sale. He was very professional, a good listener, disciplined in his approach, and really gave me the sense that my interest was first and foremost. He was able to read my cues and responded accordingly to answer all my questions. Additionally, Ryan made a point to share his pride about working for Herb Connolly and differentiated this dealership over others. This was important because I have been a loyal Herb Chambers (5 vehicles) customer for years. In short, although I had no intention on “making a deal” on Friday, our conversation progressed to a sales negotiation. Ryan introduced me to James Pirkey (Finance Manager) who was also very professional, honest, and upfront. We discussed a fair price and terms that were acceptable to both parties. This entire process took less than an hour. I came in today to complete leasing paperwork and worked with Corbin Tulley (Finance Director). He was very efficient and knowledgeable. Corbin presented additional programs for me to consider and we eventually included the maintenance program. I also ran into Nana Hagan, who I met probably 10 years ago. I remembered Nana because he also made such a positive impression on me when I leased an MDX from him. In an industry where turnover is so common, it was such a pleasant surprise to see a familiar face. This says a lot about the Herb Connolly Acura dealership. In summary, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with the Acura Sales/Finance teams and do look forward to working with your Service team. I could not have asked for a more pleasant car dealership experience than what I encountered with your team. I believe you have assembled an All-Star team at Herb Connolly Acura. Your team truly understands the service game. Congratulations for earning my business and I look forward to picking up my MDX tomorrow. Noise in the engine My husband noticed noise in my car. He brought car for evaluation and James said it has to be fixed all under warranty. My husband got a loner car. Problem with auto stereo Drop off auto after problem with radio after sudden stop. Static in speakers with radio off and with engine off. Was given loaner car , kept inform Drop off auto after problem with radio after sudden stop. Static in speakers with radio off and with engine off. Was given loaner car , kept informed of status and when it was ready for pick up. They replaced the right front speaker. After driving the auto for a few days intermittent problem with static in speakers, later found a drain on the battery. Return auto again and fixed problem. See follow up appointment. More

MDX lease and repair review I am on my 3rd MDX from this dealership... overall they are very helpful. When I got into an accident on Christmas eve, they helped me out and I had I am on my 3rd MDX from this dealership... overall they are very helpful. When I got into an accident on Christmas eve, they helped me out and I had my car towed there. Overall happy w service too, I get ALL my oil changes etc there. The staff is very nice and they try to help. Jimmy was very responsive, which is huge. I can email and text him and he gets right back to you. Jim Brown usually is helpful too. One area to improve is to try to provide a fully integrated end to end service. So I buy/lease my car there, I get all my service there, and most recently had the body shop do the repairs there after my accident. While each group does very well, they don't think across their own silos... for example I had to call the body shop to ask them to get the oil change done before picking up the car (just as one example)... then they didn't know I had a service plan so not to charge me for the oil change. In a perfect world they'd be organized around the customer and provide a seamless end to end experience. I am due for another least this year and will likely return there! More
