We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We do try very hard to make the process as simple as possible for all customers. The problem we had with yours was with your name change and state of residence change which prevented our Drive office from being able to complete the process in the usual way online as the RMV's information no longer matched. It still took too long and we are looking for a way to improve that process in the future. We do appreciate your business and again regret the problem.
