Very Pleasant Experience Let me start off by saying that I went to another dealership in the Boston area first (not naming names) and had the worst experience, so when I walke Let me start off by saying that I went to another dealership in the Boston area first (not naming names) and had the worst experience, so when I walked through the door of Herb Connolly I wasn't expecting much. What a pleasant surprise. I arrived early on a Sunday afternoon. I knew exactly what I was looking for and brought my car that I was hoping to trade in. Within 10 minutes I was test driving the vehicle of my choice and less than 45 minutes later we had negotiation the price for my trade in and new car. Fast forward an hour later and I had signed all the paper work and was headed home to come back the next day to pick up my car. From the very first email that I received from James, to John who was wonderful taking me out for a test drive and helping go over numbers, to Nano who was the final say for those numbers and to Corbin who had me sign the final paperwork - each of these individuals made this experience pleasurable. You can tell this dealership hires good people. I could clearly see they were nice people, who not only love their job, but also have a passion for it and respect the company they work for. In a heart beat I would recommend this dealership. I will be back for maintenance and no doubt will do future dealings with them again when my lease is up. Thank you Herb Connolly and your wonderful team! More

My experience for the service of a recall for the airbag. I had made an appointment for a recall on the airbags to be corrected. I spoke with the service department, mentioned I needed to be out early to attend a work commitment and they were waiting when I arrived, provided me a loaner vehicle and contacted me when the repairs were completed. My service advisor was well prepared for my visit and very professional in his manner of customer interaction. More
