Originally from NJ, my out of state license plates suggest to service centers that I'm a one-time customer; as a result, I've fallen victim to many sub-par repairs. While I usually service my car in NJ, I decided to make a service appointment at Herb Connolly after ignoring my service alert for entirely too long. From the moment I arrived in Framingham, Dave Hansen went above and beyond. He was welcoming and hospitable, and nothing about his approach was sub-par. Dave managed the process seamlessly; he ensured I had a full understanding of the services rendered and he provided updates throughout the process. At my request, he even checked to see whether my car had a timing belt or chain! The customer service I received at this location exceeded all of my expectations. I was treated like family, which is fitting, as this service center will be my new home for repairs. I can't thank Dave & team enough! I definitely recommend you check this place out--you're in really good hands at this location. More

Treated like family I noticed some rust spots starting on my fairly new car. I was not happy. I called, and was asked to come in at my next convenience. They noted what was wrong and basically said, "Don't even worry. We will take care of everything. " I went in worrying that I would have to fight to have it fixed, and instead Jake treated me like he would treat his Dad. I was beyond impressed! More

He explained the A1 service process, the price, and discussed the recalled airbag update. The waiting room is very comfortable, with unlimited freshly brewed Starbucks coffee. Did my work using guest wifi. Was informed after inspection and records search that cooling system needed service and I agreed to have it done. When car was finished it was vacuumed inside and washed outside and even the airbag was replaced (no charge) during the routine service saving me another trip and lost time. Jacob Clew showed me the things that need servicing the next time I come in so there's no surprises. He is very knowledgeable and personable. More
