I ended up needing a new battery. The communication was great. They gave me a new inspection sticker and checked the air in my tired at my request. I asked if I needed an oil change - they said it looked good so no added expense. It was fast, reasonably priced and a pleasant process. I don't often go elsewhere for service but experiences as pain free as this ensures I will stay a loyal customer! More

I have had my car in for 2 standard service and the service team is so wonderful. They actually called me to tell me my car was done in 90 minutes and if all the years at other dealerships, that never happens. The team in Framingham is excellent and have been extremely happy with this dealership. I feel awful that I can't remember service guys name because he was truly sweet. More

My experience I went in for a routine "B" service on my 2005 TL Acura. At that time the technicians found the steering wheel fluid needed changing.. All this work I went in for a routine "B" service on my 2005 TL Acura. At that time the technicians found the steering wheel fluid needed changing.. All this work was done plus a wash. They also found I needed New brake pads--I believe on the 2 rear brakes. Since that was a much longer wait, I will go back in December to have my snow tires put on and have the brake pad work done then. All went very smoothly. More
