We are sorry that you are unhappy with your experience. We did err in our communication that morning for the shuttle and we do apologize for your time lost. We did however offer you a loaner vehicle for the day to make some sort of amends. As far as the extended warranty we apologize for the misunderstanding about what a WRAP warranty is on a Certified Pre Owned vehicle. It is for a term of 84 months from the original in service date (sale date when the vehicle was new) of the vehicle, not for 84 months from the purchase date of the certified pre owned vehicle. This is typically explained in detail at the time of purchase, however, this purchase being over 4 years old it is hard to recall what was or was not explained. In order to make amends we offered to cover $350 of the approximate $600 repair for the heated element in your rear view mirror (58%) as a goodwill gesture for the misunderstanding. In this instance the goodwill was declined.

4 years is a long time ago. It's a good thing I have a signed document that states the effective date is 4/20/12 so we don't need to "recall what was or was not explained". My signed document states the effective date is 4/20/12 and is good for 84 months or 100,000 miles. As far as I'm concerned it's not a misunderstanding. The effective date on the document is 4/20/12. What is to misunderstand about that. It is hard for me to accept your "goodwill" when I was entitled to much more than what was offered. Per my document I have another 2.5 years left of warranty. How does $350.00 compare to that? As far as the shuttle experience, yes they left without me. I could almost forgive that but 10 minutes after I was supposed to be at work and 40 minutes after I arrived at the dealership I was told the shuttle driver was getting gas. Then 10 minutes later (now I'm 30 minutes late to work and have been sitting at the dealership for 50 minutes) I was told they left without me. I scheduled this appointment for 8:00am and confirmed ahead of time I would need to use the shuttle. Not sure why they chose that time to get gas.
