They had better price than any dealer in CT so I drove to MA. My only complaint is that my car was delivered to me with an additional 100 miles on it. Distance from Framingham to my home is 110 miles, but car had 220 miles on it when I received it and gas tank was only 1/4 full. I realize that the "runner" may have needed to drive a few miles to register it at a DMV, but I still wonder where those extra 100 miles and half tank gas went? If it weren't for that, I would have rated Herb Connolly Acura with a 5. More

We were introduced to a salesperson John Deimonaco, and he was very trust worthy, and professional. We were taken care of throughout the sales process, and would certainly send friends and relatives to him. We also met two sales managers, James Pirkey, and Corbin Tulley, who were also very professional and helpful. We love our new vehicle, and would highly recommend the sales staff and dealership.. My service representative said the work would be approximately 1 1/2 hours and everything was done within 1 hour. My car was vacuumed and washed and ready by 8:00 am. Terrible! My most recent experience with Herb Connolly Acura was terrible. The shuttle left without me making me 30 minutes late for work, they left my sunroof My most recent experience with Herb Connolly Acura was terrible. The shuttle left without me making me 30 minutes late for work, they left my sunroof open and it was raining and they refused to honor a signed warranty I was given when I purchased the car. The warranty says the effective date was 4/20/12 and it was good for 84 months or 100,000 miles. My car has 61,500 miles on it and I bought it in 2012. They REFUSED to honor it!!!! More

Service took too long and they damaged the car The car was in for the air bag recall and it took over 2 hours to perform this service which was an hour longer than I was quoted. When I got the car The car was in for the air bag recall and it took over 2 hours to perform this service which was an hour longer than I was quoted. When I got the car back the trim around the air bag was scratched up. I am upset because now I do not know which Acura dealer to use because I refuse to use the Auburn location because of their negligent technicians. More

Everyone I saw (not just those I worked directly with) was friendly and helpful. I'd priced this vehicle at multiple Mazda dealerships so I knew I was treated more than fairly at Herb Connolly - and, perhaps best of all, I didn't have to endure the intimidating process of "haggling" to get a decent deal. BTW my sister will only buy cars at Herb Connolly - I was with her when she purchased her current vehicle, and the excellent manner in which she was treated is why I was thrilled to see the CX-5 on your website. Painless process, very positive experience. Thank you! More
