Good service, just took forever I had an appointment at 7:45am, they saw me right away and took in the car. Not sure what the loaner policy is but after 3 hours had passed I had decided it was too late to even ask for a loaner, next time I'll ask beforehand but overall the service was good, issue was fixed and the people were super friendly. My routine service uncovered larger issues I was provided a quiet office to work in. When it was determined that more work than anticipated was needed, I was given a loaner car quickly, and ass I was provided a quiet office to work in. Jim took the Acura for test drive and discovered there was large screw in right front tire that was making that noise. Service repaired the tire in out in hr.
