Super service with sincerety and good cheer On the way from Michigan to Wellesley, I noticed a howl or growl from the rear of my 2015 TLX. The staff scheduled an appointment almost immediately. David Hansen treated me with great courtesy and sincere concern. An hour later the technicians had diagnosed a bad bearing in the rear wheel and an hour and a half later I was on the road in a quiet car. The waiting room was very pleasant and comfortable, the coffee excellent, and the work was covered under warranty. Even the car wash was free. overall positive I did not appreciate the way the finance manager was trying to upsell services/coverages. I wanted to see all the base costs, taxes, interest rate... I did not appreciate the way the finance manager was trying to upsell services/coverages. I wanted to see all the base costs, taxes, interest rate...so I could see how my payment was determined. I got the feeling you were trying to pull a fast one by showing only my monthly payment with the various services included. I had to tell him several times I wasn't interested and wanted to see the numbers. Finally I got what I needed but it left a bad taste. I know he was doing his job, but felt he was being somewhat disingenuous. I think customers that aren't that financially savvy get taken advantage of. I would recommend your dealership but would warn someone before they sit with the finance manager. More

Excellent and Unexpected Customer Service We were searching for a used vehicle to a family member's first car. This car was a new addition to the Herb Connolly Website and we jumped at the opp We were searching for a used vehicle to a family member's first car. This car was a new addition to the Herb Connolly Website and we jumped at the opportunity to look at it (The dealership's phone operator that we spoke to about the car's availability that morning was very nice and pleasant!) Upon entering the lot we were approached by Gil. Gil helped us search for this car which actually happened to be up on a lift being worked on by a mechanic. To our surprise the mechanic to lowered the lift and allowed us to inspect the inside of car and sit in the driver's seat. Both Gil and this mechanic walked us through the work being done on the car in the dealership shop. We made plans to return that evening and test drove the car. Used car shopping generally is not associated with great customer service... Fortunately our experience overall was unexpectedly pleasant! Everyone who worked with us was polite, informative, and very patient. We were offered the car fax report by Gil as well as glasses of water. It seems that people generally assume that used car sales are not very exciting for associates but our experience was treated the same as any other valued customer. Overall thank you for working with us! The car is wonderful even for a used vehicle. More

He is a straight up, honest, and lovely guy who made the whole deal stress free, direct, and no nonsense. We have bought enough cars to be rather cynical and had our defenses up, and were so pleasantly surprised by how great Dennis is and we know now why HC Acura has a very good reputation. We would recommend calling Dennis about any car you find on this lot. Thanks to him and Acura we walked away with a good feeling and a great car. Can't do any better than that! More
