The price I paid for the 4 Michelin tires was the lowest when compared to the other major retailers. Additionally, I trust Acura to do a very good job of mounting and balancing the tires. I was given a loaner while the job was done. I couldn't have asked for more. I would highly recommend this service department. More
Checked on noise under steering wheel I arrived 30 minutes earlier than the appointment, but I was checked in right away. My car was washed and vacuumed, but there were multiple dirty black spots (maybe oil) all over driver's inside door. I informed Kevin and one of the staff quickly addressed the problem. The squeaky/cracking noise under steering wheel was almost completely gone. I still heard a little squeaky noise when I made sharp turns and hope that it will go away over time. More

Service Appointment Took my car in Thursday for a sticker and was advised I should get an alignment and a tire rotation. It was done in no time along with a car wash. However when I called back in the morning the next day to ask a question about my service I was told my advisor was not in but they would transfer me to some one in service that could answer my question. I was transferred to the service managers voice mail. I left a message along with my phone number and did not hear back. I will call back again on Monday and hopefully get my question answered. I may try to contact my salesman first and go that route. More
