As good as to be expected when buying a car No one looks forward to the process of buying a car. Well anyone that has before doesn't. And things were as expected. Would have appreciated an up front disclosure about MASS not issuing temporary plates from the beginning especially since they knew we were from out of town. Long story short, we couldn't leave with the car the day we bought it. They do however have a service where the car could be delivered to you which was convenient but would be much nicer if it were next day. They also said that the car would be detailed upon delivery and it wasn't. I hope sometime in the future buying a car could be a more enjoyable experience and one doesn't have to be subjected to the obvious games. I know it's a business and they must make their money but when I say no once, I usually mean it. Again, nothing out of the usual, they were as nice as their professions allowed them to be. More

Dennis is so thorough and great to work with. He explains everything clearly and concisely, as well as not playing the "sales game" that most car dealerships like to beat you down by or don't know a whole lot what they are talking about just for a sale.
