Highly Experienced and Genuine It was my first time getting the service done here after moving in the area. I used to get the service done at Acura of Boston. I had an issue wit It was my first time getting the service done here after moving in the area. I used to get the service done at Acura of Boston. I had an issue with the heating/ cooling system on my brand new Acura and when I brought to the Acura of Boston, they neglected the issues saying it can't be verified. The same issue was happily address by Herb Connolly Acura and Dale was super nice to order the part and get it addressed (still under warranty). Dale was also kind enough to apply the $20 web coupon without having me to go through the hassle of printing it and wasting paper :) Not related to the recent service but there was a time when I was converting my leased vehicle to ownership. Herb Connolly failed to meet that part of customer satisfaction. The finance folks here were forcing me to get the financing done through them rather than allowing me to hunt the best rate outside on my own. In this situation, I ended up with Acura of Boston. They took care of financing application but were happy to go with the institution of my choice. Thank you. More

They came down a bit after I highlighted their high prices following a phone call regarding additional work. At pick-up, I was told I could call a service rep directly and work-out service pricing ahead of time and they would price match. No thanks! I will not be bringing either of my cars back (MDX and RDX) for future service. I contacted a few dealers in areas and all were lower. Local mechanics are even lower. More

I brought my car in for service before a long road trip. It was fixed. Next day, a rock punched a hole in the plastic side panel that separates the driver and back passenger windows. I was due to leave on my trip the next day. A new part had to be ordered and the weather forecast for my trip: driving rain. Jacob says I have an idea. He leaves and returns with the sort of tape used on new cars, so they don’t incur damage during transport to dealerships. Jacob tapes up my windows so no water drops inside the doorframe. He explained, that’s where electronics are housed and water damage will reap a bigger problem. He asks where I’ll be over the next week. Finds the local Acura dealership, calls to explain the service my care needs, specifies the required part and schedules an appointment for me. Fast forward, my car is like new, road trip is over, and I’ll keep going back to Herb Connolly Acura Framingham as service doesn’t get any better than this – big shout out and thank you to Jacob! More
