I would suggest avoiding them and perhaps working with another dealer or a smaller independent shop. They may be too big and only want to do $500+ repairs. I had a 2:30 appointment for an easy peasy o another dealer or a smaller independent shop. They may be too big and only want to do $500+ repairs. I had a 2:30 appointment for an easy peasy oil change and tire rotation. At 3PM my car was still out in the lot being passed by cars being driven too fast and unsafely by their sales and service people. I asked for my keys and left. If you have an appointment and cannot get you in and out in under an hour for oil and rotation then you are focused on making $$$ on big repairs and do not care about smaller service needs. Lesson learned and will not return. More

I'm a salesperson myself but hate shopping for long-term commitments because I'm loyal to my needs. That being said, when purchasing my vehicle I went through over 10 Hyundai agencies and could not agree wi commitments because I'm loyal to my needs. I decided to stop by and see Bill at this location with no hopes of closing a deal at all. Twenty minutes in and we had a deal (didn't even have to see a manager for further discussions). Bill is knowledgeable, well spoken and understands the importance of customer service. The team decided to be competitive with their numbers and 2 days later i had the vehicle parked at my house. The turnaround time was incredible: my phone rang all the time with complimentary updates on the registration status. Big thanks to all the team arranging and making sure all went well. More
