MetroWest Hyundai responded

The certified pre-owned car that you purchased was fully serviced and inspected at the time of your purchase. While nobody enjoys paying for it, cars do require maintenance. If your calipers had an issue they would be covered by the certified warranty. Regular wear items such as brake pads, rotors, belts, hoses, fluids & filters are your responsibility however. We have offered to service your car and only charge our cost for the wear items instead of retail.

In the dealer's response to my review it seems that they want to treat me as if I had not owned cars before, they write "While nobody enjoys paying for it, cars do require maintenance." I know that. Everyone knows that. The issue is not about enjoying paying for maintenance. The issue in this case is that the dealer sold me a car without the require basic maintenance they were required to do. I should not have to replace calipers, tires and pads after only 5,000 miles. Really distasteful of them.
