Poor Customer Service, The Sales Department was good, however, the Service Department are a bunch of liars and cheats. During an improperly installed engine replacement unde The Sales Department was good, however, the Service Department are a bunch of liars and cheats. During an improperly installed engine replacement under warranty, three mounting bolts were not put back in resulting in a rear main seal leak. The Service Manager (Dan) blamed the leak on a fender bender involving the front head lights that had happened a year earlier. He could not explain why the Bolts were missing or why the transmission and engine were about to fall out of the vehicle, but he maintained that it did not result from missing bolts. The Service Department was also aware that my wife was sick and that we could not last without a vehicle, so they immediately offered to sell me a used car at the sticker price. They wouldn't even give more than a few dollars off. NOT HAPPY. More

Pressure tactics from the salesperson to "close the deal" and "isn't there anything I can do to get you to make the deal now" reminded me why I do not like buying cars. If it had not been for the fact that we were very impressed with the car we would have walked out. I had been to two other dealerships that morning to test drive cars and NEITHER salespeople had used such pressure tactics. Both understood that we wanted to look at three cars and then we would go to lunch, discuss the cars, and make up our minds. We were very clear that we were going to make a decision that day. After 20 minutes of pressure tactics we did agree to buy the car in spite of the salesperson NOT because of the salesperson because we really liked the car. We clearly explained that my husband and I work very long hours and needed to pick up the car on the weekend. We did exactly what we were told needed to be done in order to ensure that the car would be ready to be picked up the following Saturday, only to find out at 2:30 on Friday afternoon that there was "a problem with the VIN number" and that the car would have to be registered in person so we couldn't pick up the car the next weekend. The dealership never tried to compensate us in any way for the fact that we both now had to cancel meetings scheduled for one of the nights the days the next week in order to come pick up the car. When we left with the new car the salesperson forgot to give us the second key and then we had to drive back to pick it up (he had left as soon as left with the car. When we called him he said he "hoped someone would still be there when we returned"). I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
