TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I wish I could rate this place ZERO stars but it is not an option :( . I had my car serviced at this Hyundai for the first time ever. Prior to leaving I wish I could rate this place ZERO stars but it is not an option :( . I had my car serviced at this Hyundai for the first time ever. Prior to leaving my vehicle I had a professional camera which I tucked under my passenger seat so it wasn't easily visible. After I picked up my car I had checked my car for my camera and it was gone. I contacted Herb Connolly Hyundai and the service manager was so rude and once I stated I wanted to talk to the GM, and he changed his tune. He stated he would have someone other than the GM of that location contact me, the person that would call me was part owner. I received a call from the "part owner" and he stated that he would ask his employees if anyone had taken the camera. Which in all reality who would willingly admit to stealing a camera out of a customer’s car, no one. So that was pointless and the result of the conversation ended in, well pretty much you are S.O.L. I received an email shortly after with a "gift" of free Sirius XM for 2 months, for my troubles. I have always gone to HERB CHAMBERS HYUNDAI and I had never ever had an issue there and 9/10 I've had my camera under the seat. Needless to say I will never ever be returning here and I will let everyone I know hear about my story so they don't get robbed for going to this location. All I can say is that if you decide to go to this location take all your valuable belongings with you because not even hiding them will prevent sticky fingers More

The finance manager, Nick LaRochelle was a pleasure to work with. He explained all of my options and worked with me to get the coverage i wanted with a price i could comfortably afford. From the minute i stepped onto the lot until i took delivery, the staff was professional, friendly and willing to go above and beyond to get me into the exact car i wanted. These guys do it right!
