Run, don't walk OUT of this dealership! Incompetent and questionable tactics from management. Took over 1 week to get vehicle on a cash transaction. Easiest car I ever bought I have owned about 5 new cars and this was the easiest experience I've had. Everyone who helped close the sale at the dealership was very nice - not i I have owned about 5 new cars and this was the easiest experience I've had. Everyone who helped close the sale at the dealership was very nice - not in the typical "car sales" kind of way. They were pretty genuine. The longest decision we had to make was which "added extra" package we wanted to take. Of course they really don't tell you about the extended warranty up front. Nick Larochelle, the finance manager, was somewhat thorough but was well coached in trying to get us to buy the next package up. It would be nice if they would tell you that before you agree to a deal because you have to make a decision pretty much then and there, which can be several thousand dollars more to pay. Also, I had a loose gas cap that set off a check engine light with 125 miles on the car (I didn't know until later that it was a loose cap) and service wanted me to make an appointment?! I would think they would tell me to bring it right in and give me a loaner car if I wanted. Geez, I spent over $30,000 on this car and had it 2 days - you'd think they would be more accommodating!? Otherwise, it was a really good experience. Peter, the salesman I bought the car from, is a nice guy. Maybe giving a little too much information about other clients and was a pretty loose talker, but I think we were easy clients and he knew we were buying pretty quickly so he got comfortable knowing the sale was in the bag. Easton Porter was a great guy - not too pushy and very friendly. More
