The longest decision we had to make was which "added extra" package we wanted to take. Of course they really don't tell you about the extended warranty up front. Nick Larochelle, the finance manager, was somewhat thorough but was well coached in trying to get us to buy the next package up. It would be nice if they would tell you that before you agree to a deal because you have to make a decision pretty much then and there, which can be several thousand dollars more to pay. Also, I had a loose gas cap that set off a check engine light with 125 miles on the car (I didn't know until later that it was a loose cap) and service wanted me to make an appointment?! I would think they would tell me to bring it right in and give me a loaner car if I wanted. Geez, I spent over $30,000 on this car and had it 2 days - you'd think they would be more accommodating!? Otherwise, it was a really good experience. Peter, the salesman I bought the car from, is a nice guy. Maybe giving a little too much information about other clients and was a pretty loose talker, but I think we were easy clients and he knew we were buying pretty quickly so he got comfortable knowing the sale was in the bag. Doesn't Inspect Certified Preowned Cars, Sells Customer Info THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP, BEWARE!!! I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai Tucson from them this past August 2016. I should have realized when I THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP, BEWARE!!! I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai Tucson from them this past August 2016. I should have realized when I got there that they were a scammy dealership when the car I had an appointment to look at, and had called to confirm was still available before I left my house, was sold when I got there. So I ended up looking at other cars, and bought a 2013 Certified Pre Owned Hyundai Tucson. They only negotiated maybe $200 off the price. I bought the 120,000 mile warranty for an extra $1800. Forty days after I had the car, I noticed the car was making a grinding sound, so I took the car into the Hyundai dealership in Nashua. They said my car had absolutely no brake pads, and that there is no way the break pads could have deteriorated that much in the 40 days since I owned the car. I told them the car was certified pre owned, and they said the dealership must not have checked the brakes. I called up the Framingham Herb Connolly Hyundai and spoke to the owner. He was very rude, he insisted they checked the car, and refused to pay for the new brakes. I mentioned the MA lemon law, and he got very defensive. I ended up just paying to have the Hyundai dealership in Nashua fix the brakes, as I didn't want anything to do with the Framingham Dealership again. I also found out at the Nashua dealership that on the $1800 warranty I paid for, I have to pay a $100 fee every time I take my car to the dealership, which was never explained to me by the finance department at the Framingham dealership. So I have been trying not to think about the Framingham Hyundai dealership and put them behind me, then lately I keep getting calls on my cell phone from these sales people trying to sell me services for my Hyundai. They know the make, model, and year of my car. I asked the guy today on the phone how he received my phone number and information and he said the dealership gave it to him. So this is great THE HERB CONNOLLY HUNDAI DEALORSHIP IN FRAMINGHAM MA IS SELLING THEIR CUSTOMERS INFORMATION TO MARKETING COMPANIES. Just makes this company more sleazy to me. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership again, and I would recommend you don't either. More

In fact, I would have given them a 0 if there was such rating, while it could have so easily been a 5… So here we go. I first contacted this dealership by sending them a message through their website. I provided all the details of my trade, and asked if my desired vehicle was available. It took them 4 emails and 2 days to just let me know that it was. So I came in the next morning, was greeted nicely by the salesperson Yanis. He didn’t really have to sell me the car, since it was the best deal in the area, and I knew I was buying it. We closed pretty quickly. It’s not the sale process, it’s what happens after the sale that shows their true face. So the dealership is in MA and I live in NH. MA dealerships do not provide temporary license plate, so I couldn’t take the car the same day. With Xmas holidays in between and their runner being unavailable, they delivered me the car 4 days later. They charged me $200 for the delivery. The very moment I saw the car, before I even touched it, I noticed a problem that wasn’t there when I test drove it: the long panel underneath the front passenger door was detached and loose. It wasn’t something severe, but this is a CPO vehicle that should not have such problems. I showed it to the runner, took photos and sent to the salesperson, requesting that they cover the repair. I still accepted the car in good faith that the dealership would take care of this mishap. Silly me… My email wasn’t answered that day. The next day I text the salesperson. He says he didn’t receive my email. He double-checks and finds it in the spam box. Of course, all the previous communication was fine, but the email with a problem mysteriously went into the spam box. Anyway, no answer for another week, so I text him again. He says, “my manager will not be taking care of this situation since the vehicle was not that way when we gave it to you.” I text him back saying I took the photos before I even touched the car, that the runner is a live witness and they should ask him. The answer is, “we will not be taking care of the repair”. He suggested that I contact his manager directly, but I didn’t want to do that. When I was still in the dealership, I had asked the salesperson about the Blue Link complimentary subscription. He said that I had to call the Blue Link customer service to activate it, which I did after a received the car. Surprise-surprise, the customer service tells me that only the dealership can activate it for me. My email to the salesperson about this was never answered either. I contacted Autofair Hyundai in Manchester NH, and they (salesperson named Doug) activated my subscription without a problem. After all this, I texted my salesperson to let him know that I was going to leave detailed reviews everywhere. I thought maybe they would now want to own and take care of the problem. His answer very nicely summarizes my whole experience: “I cannot please everyone”. More
