Great car; not a great experience The salesman was great, but as soon as I was turned over to the "team" to complete the sales transaction, time stopped mattering. Waiting became the n The salesman was great, but as soon as I was turned over to the "team" to complete the sales transaction, time stopped mattering. Waiting became the norm. The "deal" was that I would present a payment check and the car would be ready after the check cleared. The check cleared my bank the following day. I did not receive a call. When I called several days later, I was notified that a check takes 10 business days to clear. I finally got my car 15 days after the sale. No apology, no remorse from the dealership. The salesman tried valiantly to appease. My anger is not at the dealership but at myself for being so stupid as to go back after a previous unpleasant purchase transaction, which I was assured was a fluke. The salesman was a great communicator, but the dealership totally lacks in followthrough. I would recommend the car, but not this dealership. More
