From my salesman (Jeff Tang) to the Finance Manager (Nick LaRochelle) and Doug Connolly, everyone was very helpful, worked with me on all of my requests and got me into the vehicle that I very much wanted to drive. It was an easy and painless process, and I was in and out within roughly 1 hour, with my new lease, and with my previous lease dropped off and good to go. I really cannot recommend them enough, I was pretty stressed out with my car situation (previous lease was expiring, needed to figure out a new car situation ASAP) and they worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was set up with payments that worked for me and my budget, that I understood what was going on each step of the way, and that I was pleased with my experiences. More

Sales/Service/Finance I thought the sales department was great. The service department was another story. I thought the finance portion of the purchase was crazy. I got brought into a room where a guy wrote a mess on a piece of paper, drew a bunch of circles and arrows and I had no idea what was going on. He was not straight forward that he was trying to sell me an extended warrantee. That part definitely left me with a negative experience. More
