Great Salesmen, Poor Document Signing Experience Peter Franklin made the sales experience much more enjoyable. Usually car salesmen are pushy and dishonest and not a very pleasant experience. However, Peter did a very good job of being patient and not pushy and helping me weigh the options to find the right car for me. Moe Mousa did not do a very good job with going over the documents and extended warranty with me. He was relatively impatient and very pushy about the extended warranties. He also wasn't that clear about them when he first mentioned them to me. The sales experience I received was very good however the document signing experience was fairly poor. But aside from the document signing process it was a fairly enjoyable experience. More

Lots to choose from at a great price! I was looking for a reliable used car to use as a second car for our family. After I saw an add for this dealership, my husband and I decided to check I was looking for a reliable used car to use as a second car for our family. After I saw an add for this dealership, my husband and I decided to check it out. There were lots of good used cars in our price range, unlike any of the other places we looked at. Bill was the salesman who helped us out. He was very patient with us as we were very undecided and had two rowdy little boys with us causing chaos. Never once did I feel like he was pushing a sale on us. He answered all of our questions and even entertained the kiddos at times so my husband and I could chat. Once we made our decision everyone was very nice and went over all paperwork with us! Great experience would definitely recommend the dealership as well as working with Bill! More
