unhappy customer said on 11/02/2015 09:33 PM "undestand" Herb Connolly Hyundai said on 11/02/2015 11:12 AM (Private Message) "I have discussed the situation with the General Manager and we did go through submitting your financing with your lender. Because of your credit situation however, they would charge you a (very high - in your case over $2,600) fee to complete your loan with them. This is why we tried to find another lender that would approve you. We will use them but their fees would need to be accounted for which would require either us to take a substantial loss on the car or you to make a much larger downpayment (or both).
