I was looking for a 2014 white Santa Fe limited and I called almost every dealer in Massachusetts. Ever other dealer could not get it or gave me the run around just to get me to come in. I called Roy Po called almost every dealer in Massachusetts. Ever other dealer could not get it or gave me the run around just to get me to come in. I called Roy Porter told him what I wanted and I told him that I was extremely fed up with car salesman and I did not want my time wasted. He assured me that he would get me what I needed and told me to come in that day. My husband and I Went in that day and two days later my 2014 white Santa Fe was ready for Pick up. Roy was very hands on and showed us how to work everything in the car. Roy and the staff at Hyundai were so nice and helpful and made my car buying experience seem effortless. I will defiantly buy from them again and My husband and I LOVE OUR CAR!!!!' More

We had to get a car suddenly, and were not happy about it, at all. But Steve was very helpful in helping us get the car we wanted at a price we can afford AND we did not walk away wondering "what just ha it, at all. But Steve was very helpful in helping us get the car we wanted at a price we can afford AND we did not walk away wondering "what just happened?" We felt like he was honest and fair. He has been great with follow up after the fact, also. We have owned Hyundai's before, and this was the best experience yet! If you are in the market for a Hyundai, he's your guy. More
I had been to a few local dealers but was referred to Herb Connolly by my credit union. I went there knowing exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be price wise. I did have a someone difficult situ Herb Connolly by my credit union. I went there knowing exactly what I wanted and where I wanted to be price wise. I did have a someone difficult situation, but Steve and Moe worked with me to get me exaclty what I wanted and needed, not what they wanted me to get- meaning they listened to my situation and what would work best for me. It is the car I wanted for a better price than we originially thought. I would recommend Steve and Moe to anyone looking for a car. They were friendly and had great customer service! More

I spoke with Kasio prior to going to the dealership. I I spoke with Kasio prior to going to the dealership. I explained my credit concerns. He took the time to speak with the Finance people and got back I spoke with Kasio prior to going to the dealership. I explained my credit concerns. He took the time to speak with the Finance people and got back to me with REAL WORLD answers, NOT the answers used by a lot of dealerships to get you in the door. I met him at the dealership at 3PM on a Saturday afternoon. We discussed my needs and what I knew I could afford. He understood that first I needed to know about financing and what I could afford. Again without going through all the steps other dealers insist on Kasio, Doug and Tarvis took the time to run my credit, speak with the lenders and get questions to the answers they asked. Although the dealership closed at 6PM, not only were they able to sell me the car I wanted, Doug insisted on delivering the car that night!!! They experience reminded of me of how dealerships used to operate, listen to the customer, work to sell the customer what they want and that little extra efforts to make the transaction take place while I was there.... pretty refreshing. Most interesting part of my experience I bought a brand of car I never would have considered and I'm very pleased with my Hyundai and the financing that they arranged for me. More
