I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone. Although working with the floor managers on a deal is never fun no matter where you go, working with my salesman Mark was a great experience. While I shopped with my son for his first car purchase, we negotiated with the salesperson. I had no issue with him (Steve). However, we could not come to an agreement and left amicably. Once we were home (45 min drive) I realized they never returned our car's registration paperwork. They took it to run the VIN for a trade-in price. I called immediately but they had closed so I left a voicemail. The next day my 5 p.m. return call resulted in Eric telling me he was too busy to drop everything and look for the registration, he said everyone else was gone home already but to call back in 30 minutes. They were open til 8 pm. Not surprisingly, when I called back in 40 minutes, Eric had no luck in finding our registration. He suggested we wait another day and call back at 10:00 am the next morning. All this leaves a bad taste and I feel I'm getting the old fashioned run around. Thankfully I didn't buy a car at this dealership- I can't imagine what else they'd put me through. I heard multiple times,"We won't hold you hostage" but they now have our registration hostage and we are unable to drive our car or purchase one until we get one. Fortunately I just found for $25 you can download a duplicate from RMV and print it out yourself. Thankfully this will save me from a return trip to Herb Connolly's Hyundai. It's back to Toyota for this family. Too bad too, as we are in need of purchasing two cars soon. More

That was the same feeling I received and one of the biggest deciding factors of wanting to buy my next car there. I had a specific price range I needed to be in and fell in love with a new Veloster. The staff worked diligently with me to keep me in the price range I could afford. Thank you for bringing back that type of salesmanship and steering clear of the "push you into a sale" technique that I experienced at a few other car dealers in the Framingham area. I went to Herb Connnolly Hyundai last week and worked with Amir Sabet. He was very helpful, I told him what my budget was and what I was interested in & he found the absolute right car for me. The only person worth talking to here is Wens, the Sales guy. However, I believe this dealership hasn't sold me a good vehicle as it is filled with issues (noise related). I would suggest you to first test drive the vehicle and hear and sounds (loose doors, cheap plastics,paint finish, leather etc). Also, the paint has a lot of scratches which they probably buff out (using chemicals that burn the paint to cover the scratches). I don't think they take care of their cars in the lot. The Service Manager here is not a good person to talk to and will make you eventually feel that they have made a favor to you by you buying a car from them. I am not sure which other dealers are good, but I know this is one bad dealership you do not want to go to. I would further even say do not go for a hyundai; they are still the same cheap car makers you can't compare to the Honda/Toyota/Corolla. Worth paying $1-2k more anyday in the long run. I really really regret buying my Sonata 2011 limited from Herb Connoly and am looking to sell off my vehicle after just 9 months of driving it. More
