I went to a number of dealerships looking to purchase a new Hyundai Veloster. When I met Wens at Herb Connolly Hyundai he immediately struck me as somebody I could definitely deal with -- no pressure, no new Hyundai Veloster. When I met Wens at Herb Connolly Hyundai he immediately struck me as somebody I could definitely deal with -- no pressure, no hassle -- just a straight forward guy who honestly wants to make the customer happy. I placed a deposit on a new Veloster that day. The next week when I went to pick up my new car, Wens spent quite a bit of time going over all the details of the car: all the features, how everything operated, answered all my questions and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with everything. He definitely went the extra mile to make sure this was a sale done right. Andrew and Travis in Finance did a great job and make the paperwork process as easy as possible. Great job by everyone. I went in on Tuesday however the color I wanted was not in Stock. I picked it up today and its beautiful. Shimmering White with a Black Interior. Just what I wanted at the right price. I purchased a new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid 2011 from Herb Connolly Hyundai in Framingham. Mike was my sales person, and he was very friendly, as well as knowledgeable in the cars. The sales managers (Eric, and Easton) were also both equally committed to helping me with the best deal they could offer! They went above and beyond, to give me a fair trade in value, as well as giving me a great deal on the new car!! I will definitely be returning to them when I am ready for a new car again (which hopefully will not be for a long time lol). Also I want to comment that the owner Doug Connolly, personally checked with me to ensure that I liked my new vehicle, and remembered my name from when I previously purchased a car with them over 3-4 years before, which I found impressive!! My Santa Fe broke down on the way to the super market with my wife and 1year old in the car. I limped into the dealership which is on the way and asked for help. I went to Herb Connolly Hyundai because they were the only dealership that I could find with a new Elantra on-hand and available for a test drive. When I came back in after the drive and expressed interest in the car, the salesperson spent a lot of time going over the specs and options with me, and at no time did he ever press me to buy the car right away. Over the next week, I had a few questions about the car that I was able to get answered easily through the internet sales department. Once I decided to buy, the sales and financing processes were painless and quick. I got a good deal on a car that I really like. More

This was my first new car purchase ever, and I can't say enough about how lucky I was to work with Wens! I came in several times over a period of a few months just to make sure this was what I really wanted enough about how lucky I was to work with Wens! I came in several times over a period of a few months just to make sure this was what I really wanted, and Wens was always friendly, nice, and PATIENT. He never once tried to push me into buying anything! Once I was finally ready to make the big purchase, I felt like Wens really went out of his way to make sure that I was well-taken care of! This personalized service and relationship even continued after my purchase as I subsequently came into the dealership for service, etc. Wens sat with me when I still had questions about the navigation system (2 months later!) and even helped me arrange appointments (setting up the courtesy rental car) when I had some body work done. Wens' personal attention and commitment to ensuring I was happy with my purchase (and that I still am happy), in addition to genuinely caring about me as a person, made my experience of buying my first car as best as it can be! Hopefully I won't be buying another car anytime soon, but if I needed to I would DEFINITELY come back to Wens and recommend him to all of my friends and family! More
