First of all when I came in to the dealership, it was clean,and the salesman Roy Porter approached me in a very positive manner. He asked me if he could help me, and asked how he could help me! I had told him I was looking to buy a new car, but I just wanted to see what he had to offer me, and I willing to pay cash for the car! He never had pushed me or pressure me into buying a car from them. He had shown me the Sonata, and he had me if I was willing to take a ride into that day, I had no,but I would be back on Saturday. I also had told I wanted someone to be honest with me! Roy had treated me with so much respect and honor as a person, he was a great guy! I came down that Saturday to take a ride in the car. He had said take your time and he never tried to pressure me into buying a car. I had called him that Thursday before and as we spoke, I told him I wanted to shop around on the Sonata. He told me I should check around so I would know for sure what I wanted! When I came down that Saturday after taking a couple of test drives in the different Sonata models and my mom and dad were with me. I had told him I was going to shop around today, but I would be back on Monday to speak with him. I also had told him I was looking for a good deal, he had said he would get me a great deal. He had asked me if I would be willing to meet with Doug Connolly before I left, and of I did. Doug was a great guy and he had said he would give me a good deal if I was interested in buying a car from them! I did leave but I came back that same day and I bought my car, I had asked if I could bring the check in on Sunday, and Roy had said would call me and let me know when it was in. Today I picked it up, I love it very very much, and I will recommend Roy and Herb Connolly to anybody who is looking for a car! The place looked great and the other salesman were all very nice to me. Roy also took time to explain everything about the car to me. He is a credit to Herb Connolly!, and also he is very real and a great guy. He also told me he would help me hook up my blue tooth phone when I get the phone! I want to say thank Roy and all the people who treated me with respect. I also got a very fair trade-in value on my old car and a good price on the new Hyundai. This dealership also offers a free first oil change and transportation if needed for extended repairs.
