MetroWest Hyundai responded

We have tried continually to please the customer from the initial sale. Shortly after the sale, he complained that the rear headrest was "lumpy" - we did order and replace the part. Next accusation was that back of the passenger seat was a different color, as there are only 3 interior colors offered in the model and they are rather distinct from each other (black, tan or gray) it is a stretch. In an obscenity laced email, he accused the technician of cutting the seat although he did not work near it or use any sharp tools to replace the headrest. We have tried to assist him in a professional manner and received nothing but abuse for the efforts. Unfortunately, it appears best for both parties that he take his business elsewhere.
