After looking at several dealerships, I drove 45 minutes to Herb Connolly based on excellent customer reviews. It was well worth the trip. I met Sean Barry who was awesome from the start. I explained to him I had a strict budget to work with and he went above & beyond to negotiate on my behalf with management (Eric). To make a long story short Sean came pretty close to my limit for a used car with no pressure to buy. While the vehicle took a while to be prepared for sale, Sean gave me a tour of the dealership's facility and explained to me the importance of the customer to Herb Connolly. While in the waiting room Sean checked on me several times and bought me a soda. I was also contacted by Sean the day after I bought the car to see if I or my wife had any questions, and to make sure we were happy. This is why I would highly recommend Herb Connolly of Framingham MASS to anybody who is in the market for a new or used vehicle. Don't be afraid to ask for Sean as he is professional in every sense of the word. Thank you Herb Connolly!!!! More

After comparing, test driving, and researching several different similar size automobiles from various manufacturers, I had decided to purchase a Sonata. My only questions were whether to purchase an automatic or manual transmission, and which Hyundail dealership to purchase from. After deciding on the transmission, my next major requirement was color/options. David was able to quickly find a Sonata with the exact color/options that I wanted, and we very quickly settled on a price which I was extremely happy about. If looking for a Hyundai, I would highly recommend checking out Herb Connolly Hyundai. More

Customer service/sales still uses the two-man-tag-team model sales method (guy in the back room) for customer negotiations. Quality of work: Sales was willing to go over different pricing alternatives and patiently explained the billing multiple times. Very laid back and friendly sales-force willing to answer technical questions or find answers to inquiries. These guys are willing to provide quotes and are able to backoff from the customer enabling them to evaluate and negotiate in the future. We could've done a little better with price negotiations. However, my overall experience was pleasant and the final price lockdown was lower than initial sticker targets. If you come in prepared knowing the car and packages you want, these guys will make efforts to accommodate. More

We purchased a Hyundai Azera on 9-1-10. Prior to visiting dealerships we sought price quotes. Herb Connolly Hyundai gave us the lowest quote for an Azera. When we arrived we were offered a friendly greeting dealerships we sought price quotes. Herb Connolly Hyundai gave us the lowest quote for an Azera. When we arrived we were offered a friendly greeting from Roy Porter and an extensive test drive. In between driving the car and making our final decision we received very little pressure from Roy (in sharp contrast to salesmen from other dealership where we evaluated the competition).There were minor issues with the preparation of the car for pick-up. Roy and his manager bent over backwards to address the issue and offered free extended services as compensation for the (minor)inconvenience. Overall a great experience. More

I was looking for a certified used suv and was comparing prices between a Honda crv at bernardi Honda in Natick and the Hyundai Santa Fe at Herb Connelly in Framingham. When I walked in the door I was greeted by Roy. He was very friendly and welcoming. He asked what I was looking for and was very quick in pulling around the Santa Fe that I was interested in. He went over everything in the car with me before we went on a test drive. He was very respectful and courtious. He also was very informative about the car. He didn't pressure me when i told him i had an appointment at honda to look at crvs. he did bring over the owner to go over some numbers with me and gave me his cell phone number to call if i didn't like the honda. when i went to honda bernardi i was immediately turned off by the sales staff. after seeing the contrast between the two dealers, I was even more certain that I wanted to buy my car from roy at herb connelly hyundai. I would recommend them to anybody. More
(This is for the Hyundai location in Framingham, not Natick..they moved) I went to the dealership on a Saturday and misunderstood that I would not be able to drive it home that day (it was a lease and Natick..they moved) I went to the dealership on a Saturday and misunderstood that I would not be able to drive it home that day (it was a lease and we weren't swapping plates so we needed to deal with the registry). I had been dropped of and had no car. The salesperson offered to drive me home which was 45 minutes round trip. I ended up getting the car the following Monday. Again the salesperson helped me out by picking me up at the local train station a few miles away so I could get to the dealership. More
