I went in looking for a Graphite Grey, black cloth interior, FWD 2010 Hyundai Tucson with the Popular Package. Sean was able to find the exact car I was looking for within their inventory. As I expected, there wasn't much movement on the price of the vehicle but Eric and Sean worked with me to meet my budget. I noticed a small scratch on the car within 24 hours, brought it back over to the dealership and they are fixing it up for me next week - without any hesitation. I love my new 2010 Hyundai Tucson, and I'll be sending my boyfriend to Herb Connolly when he's ready for a new car. More

The sales people we dealt with were very friendly, knowledgeable about the products and considerate of our needs and interests. When we presented our guaranteed internet price, they honored it readily. I would recommend Connolly to my friends and will return here for our next car. More

My experience with Herb Connolly Hyundai was quick and enjoyable. Roy was a very thorough and friendly salesman. He was able to answer all of my questions. I was pretty set on either buying a Hyundai Elantra Touring or a Kia Soul. I knew what I wanted to pay and had a good quote from Kia as a backup. I preferred the Hyundai and was hoping to get a deal that would make it doable for our family. I arrived at the dealership in the morning with my two year old daughter. Justin pulled out the car I wanted to look at right away and began pointing out the features. He was very knowledgeable and told me some things I didn't know, even after having done my own research. He was patient with us (did I mention I had a two year old with me?) :) and we went out for a test drive. At that point, I really wanted to buy the car, but they had to make the numbers work. Justin and Easton worked together to find me a very good deal. I have been shopping for this car for about 6 months, in and out of pretty much every dealership (Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Kia, and now Hyundai), and this was honestly the best I was treated. As a woman with a small child, a lot of salespeople and managers see this as an opportunity to put the pressure on, keeping you waiting for a long time, trying to intimidate you, etc. This is honestly the only place where I didn't feel any of that, from anyone. Everyone was genuinely friendly and kind, and the process was very pleasant. The final step was taking my husband in to look at the car and convince him. Justin was again very patient with us and went through the whole thing again with my husband, even staying really late to make sure that all of our questions were answered and all of the financing pieces were on point. Joe in the finance office was also terrific, friendly, and helpful. All in all, I am thrilled with the level of service we received and the kind attention to customer care that the sales and financing staff showed. I would buy from this dealer again and again. I am very happy to continue our relationship with the service side. More

My wife and I had been looking to get 2 cars… one with a trade-in and another one as an outright purchase. After having a terrible experience at Clay Hyundai in Norwood (shady Sales Manager, Carlos? I think was his name…), we decided to try Herb Connolly Hyundai in Natick. Jim O’Reilly was the Sales person who greeted us. In about an hour, we settled on prices for both 2010 Hyundai Tucson and 2010 Hyundai Genesis. Jim was truly a client advocate and worked very hard for us. Sales Manager Eric was very accommodating and met us half way throughout the negotiation. My wife and I are now very happy to drive two Hyundai cars that are backed by the best warranty in the auto industry. One minor issue that I had was with the service manager, Felipe, who seemed a bit in-different about a question or concern that I had about the Genesis. But it might have been because he had lots on his mind at the time. I believe he will be better in the future and I fully expect to have a better working relationship. Overall, I feel extremely comfortable walking into that dealership and interacting with their team. Those guys are due to move to a brand new dealership just down the road and I cannot wait to visit the new facility! ;-) More
got a new car, we are happy with it and the service. sales team did not seem to apply much pressure. accomodating for test drives, etc. we go for regular oil change / tire rotation / etc. and its good, sales team did not seem to apply much pressure. accomodating for test drives, etc. we go for regular oil change / tire rotation / etc. and its good, we get an appointment for Saturdays, plan to hang out in their nice common room w/ Wi-Fi for an hour or so. i had a Hyundai Excel for a long time and i'd still have it if i had changed the timing belt, so we anticipate having this Hyundai for a long time and being happy with it. haggling the warranty add-ons was tedious, but we would buy from this dealer again - you know Connolly started in 1918? More
