I visited this dealer to test drive and get more information on the Hyundai Sonata 2011. I thought the dealership was setup very nice and the sales person (although new) seemed very knowledgeable. The sales person took forever to "work the numbers" and come back and give my wife and I a price (I had a trade in and wanted to take advantage of manufacturer rebates / financing). When he came back he totally low balled me on my trade in and then when he came back the second time he had a higher price for my trade in but now the MSRP on the new car was higher by over $1500. My wife and I knew they were trying to pull a fast one on us and when immediately asked to go see the car again. I actually took a picture of the price sticker on the car and stock number and showed it to the salesperson as we walked right out of that place. I would say this place is suspect to say the least. I would shop them first but absolutely buy the vehicle elsewhere!! More

When I picked up my vehicle, he walked me through all the paperwork and features of my new car - always stopping to ask if I had any questions along the way. The dealer is also part of the MA DRIVE program and they are taking care of my registration paperwork as we speak - that sure beats standing in line at the registry. I wanted a manual transmission and that meant waiting for delivery. I asked for a loaner and received it without any problems. I was able to get to work two days thanks to the loaner.
