From the moment I stepped out of my car in the parking lot I was greeted pleasantly by Shadia. I was just stopping by to take a peek and she was very friendly. As soon as I walked in the showroom I was greated by a gentlemen at the door who was also very gracious. While Shadia was out on a test drive with another customer, the gentlemen showed me to a seat and kept me company while I waited. I am in sales and have a good understanding of working with dealers and have had horrible experiences in the past. Herb Connolly Hyundai was by far the friendliest group of employees I have come across in a dealership in a long time. They made the experience a lot less stressful than it can be looking for the best deal on a new car. I would highly recommend Herb Connolly Hyundai, what a great group of employees! More

I went to cars.overstock.com looking for a good price on a new car. They were the lowest price listed and close to my location. When I went in they treated me well. My wife and daughter were there too, and a new car. They were the lowest price listed and close to my location. When I went in they treated me well. My wife and daughter were there too, and it took some time to decide and complete the transaction. They had a play area that kept my two year old happy, and a comfortable waiting room as well. Everyone was professional. My only disappointment was the "document handling fee" which was higher than average, near $400. However this has to be weighed against the low price I got for the vehicle, so I guess it all comes out in the wash. I would go back there and have already recommended this place to a co-worker looking to buy a vehicle. More

For the first time, after a sale I left without the feeling I'd been taken for a ride. They really do want return customers and are walking the walk not just hot air from the sales guy.
