For the first time, after a sale I left without the feeling I'd been taken for a ride. They really do want return customers and are walking the walk not just hot air from the sales guy. What a great car buying experience! We were wanting a new mid sized sedan for my wife. Doing so is a pain in the a--,but This dealership treated us with respect, no pressure, and a knowlege of their products. They were friendly from test drive to buying. Wens was so nice and informative and knew his stuff with every vehicle!--and he introduced us to Eric who helped us in every aspect of the process. The pricing on the new vehicle was excellent. The trade in values was put on paper right from Kelly Blue book values. The process was fast and easy. I went in at noon and drove home at 2 pm with my new vehicle. I didn't want to wait. The set up an appointment while I was their to return and have the vehicle prepped properly. I want to thank them for everything and would tell anyone to buy that need a vehicle go to the Connoly family of dealerships. More

Very pleased with the car, the added options, and storage compartments inside the car. The service department staff is friendly with a pleasant room to wait in during car servicing. The reason I went through this particular dealership was because they participate in USAA's (a service for military members and their spouses)car buying service. From the first contact via email with Adam Owens, it was apparent that they wanted my business and they were very upfront about the possible incentives available, no beating around the bush in that regard... When I went in person to the dealership, I worked with Shadia. She was no-nonsense, very informative and very willing to take the time needed to answer all my questions. When it came time to discussing the numbers, Shadia consulted with Easton. When Shadia came back with their offer on the price of the car, I felt that based upon all of the research I had done on the internet through USAA and other car-buying websites, the price was a "great price" for the car and one that was fair in my opinion. I was relieved because I didn't want to haggle to get a price that I thought was fair and would be willing to pay for a new 2009 santa fe. We discussed the details, put everything in writing and I picked up my new car the very next day. I am very pleasd with my entire experience and I would highly recommend this dealership and especially the expertise of Shadia Khatib - she is a true professional! More
