Avoid if possible for service. First time waited 30 minutes for the car to be moved into the garage from the lot. Asked how much longer. Was told they do not know, they are busy. Walked out. They cram your car into a very small lot between others cars and they zip the cars around too fast in the lot. Decided to give them a 2nd chance. Today parked in service area. No one came out. Walked into the smallest service area I have ever seen as was asked to move so they could pick up a print out off the printer. No where else to go. Standing there and standing there and standing there like I was invisible or had bad BO ignored by 6 people. Looked in offices thinking SOMEONE would ask me if I needed help. Went out to the garage thinking SOMEONE would offer help. Went into the sales area thinking SOMEONE would offer help. Was told "we are busy". Walked out a 2nd time after being ignored. Cannot make this stuff up. How they have survived so long is not clear to me. Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn seems much better. There they welcome you, take you in, honor the time, do the work, thank you and you leave. Not hard. More
I would suggest avoiding them and perhaps working with another dealer or a smaller independent shop. They may be too big and only want to do $500+ repairs. I had a 2:30 appointment for an easy peasy oil change and tire rotation. At 3PM my car was still out in the lot being passed by cars being driven too fast and unsafely by their sales and service people. I asked for my keys and left. If you have an appointment and cannot get you in and out in under an hour for oil and rotation then you are focused on making $$$ on big repairs and do not care about smaller service needs. Lesson learned and will not return. More

Check engine light. Spoke with Roy Porter the salesman.who sold me the car. He got it into service right away and they found there was no problem. The comfort and safety technology is nothing short of cutting edge and plenty of it as standard features. Poor Customer Service, The Sales Department was good, however, the Service Department are a bunch of liars and cheats. During an improperly installed engine replacement unde The Sales Department was good, however, the Service Department are a bunch of liars and cheats. During an improperly installed engine replacement under warranty, three mounting bolts were not put back in resulting in a rear main seal leak. The Service Manager (Dan) blamed the leak on a fender bender involving the front head lights that had happened a year earlier. He could not explain why the Bolts were missing or why the transmission and engine were about to fall out of the vehicle, but he maintained that it did not result from missing bolts. The Service Department was also aware that my wife was sick and that we could not last without a vehicle, so they immediately offered to sell me a used car at the sticker price. They wouldn't even give more than a few dollars off. NOT HAPPY. More

Prior to leaving my vehicle I had a professional camera which I tucked under my passenger seat so it wasn't easily visible. After I picked up my car I had checked my car for my camera and it was gone. I contacted Herb Connolly Hyundai and the service manager was so rude and once I stated I wanted to talk to the GM, and he changed his tune. He stated he would have someone other than the GM of that location contact me, the person that would call me was part owner. I received a call from the "part owner" and he stated that he would ask his employees if anyone had taken the camera. Which in all reality who would willingly admit to stealing a camera out of a customer’s car, no one. So that was pointless and the result of the conversation ended in, well pretty much you are S.O.L. I received an email shortly after with a "gift" of free Sirius XM for 2 months, for my troubles. I have always gone to HERB CHAMBERS HYUNDAI and I had never ever had an issue there and 9/10 I've had my camera under the seat. Needless to say I will never ever be returning here and I will let everyone I know hear about my story so they don't get robbed for going to this location. All I can say is that if you decide to go to this location take all your valuable belongings with you because not even hiding them will prevent sticky fingers More

Service misrepresented the cost Just had by 2011 Hyundai sonata serviced. My prior experiences have been mostly positive. However Vivien misrepresented the cost of service. Among the many items I had done She told me the oil change would cost 20.. I was charged 30 and when I called she explained that the price of disposing the oil was over and above the original quote. I could drive back to Framingham and get a credit for the remaining 10 (which I was not going to do) Moral of the story .. read your invoice carefully before leaving service More
