MetroWest Hyundai responded

Our service dept put new engine in a vehicle that he didn't buy from us two years ago. He then drove 30,000 miles with it and got into an accident about a year ago which caused his engine issues. Customer had an extended warranty which we used to get them to pay for new engine again which the warranty company denied due to the accident.

We are truly sorry for your loss, however we cannot find any evidence that it was taken while you were here and certainly not by one of our people. We didn't even know it was in the car. She claimed that she picked up the car Wednesday at 4 pm and noticed the camera was missing on Friday. We have a very high standard of professional integrity required of our people and enforce it.
