Horrible services, wouldn't answer their phones for days. Totally messed up my wiring and brakes and completely overcharged me for everything. I spent hundreds of dollars just fixing the problems they created.

They do not call customer to say car is finished or not. I dropped my car off at 6am and called them all day to see the progress and I was told I would get a call back,never happened. Finally called and spoke to Danny who said work was half compleated and would call when finished.Called dealership at 5;30 and got a recording stating service was now open to 7pm mon to fri. Still noone picked up phone. Drove to dealer to see locked gates and my car in parking lot apparently finished. Have to go back tomorrow to pick up car. Last week the car was in for same problem but the part was not in the new part box so no work done.I said I would try to get there before closing otherwise park it in the lot and I would pick it up later that evening. My wife went with my daughter to pick up the car at 500 pm and Danny says use your spare key. What spare key we're here during business hours,he said he put the keys in the car so they had to come back home and get the spare keys to open my car and drive it home.I urge you to get service elsewhere.

they sold me an alarm for a new car i bought in 1991 and charged me $600 for it. It broke and they sent me to the place that installed it and i was told it was a $49 alarm. Talk about profit. then the transmission on the car went less than a year old. They replaced it with a rebuilt one. Now i only buy Japanese cars.

THIS DEALERSHIP WILL DO ANYTHING FOR YOU TO BUY A CAR, BUT WHEN YOU NEED IT SERVICED, WELL, YOU'RE IN THE DARK. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER, MR. ROBERT ROMANO HAS VER POOR COMMUNICATION AND PEOPLE SKILLS. WHEN I CALLED TO CHECK UP ON MY VEHICLE, HE WOULDN'T TALK TO ME! HE KEPT TRANSFERING ME TO THE CASHIER! SINCE HE WOULDN'T TALK TO ME ON THE PHONE AND TOLD ME HE WAS MAD THAT I CALLED, I WENT DOWN THERE! ALL HE DID WAS CONTINUE TO INSULT ME! I EVEN WITNESSED HIS BEHAVIOR TOWARDS THE CASHIER AND SOME OF THE MECHANICS. HE BOSSES EVERYONE AROUND AND SAYS RUDE AND SARCASTIC THINGS LIKE A CHILD IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ! IF HE TREATS THE PEOPLE WHO ARE HIS COWORKERS LIKE THAT, HOW COULD YOU EXPECT HIM TO TREAT US CUSTOMERS ANY BETTER? THIS PLACE IS A POOR EXAMPLE OF A DEALERSHIP AND CHEVROLET SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER COMING IN TAKING IT OVER, BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE GIVING CHEVROLET A VERY BAD NAME.

BEWARE OF THIS HELLHOLE!!!! I brought my 2004 malibu in for service a few times and it still isnt fixed. The whole place just plain sucks! They are unprofessional, mean, rude and the owner is just a plain blonde ditz! She has no auto experience and relys on this loser mendez and her son. GO TO CURRY IN SCARSDALE ITS WORTH THE TRIP!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!This dealership is very nice to get you to buy a car or truck but once the paperwork is signed and your out the door prey you never need to go back there to get your car or truck serviced or repaired cause on the other end of this dealership is a very poor and unprofessional service center!!!!!nothing but problems :( New Update:::::They sold me a vehicle with uneven tires that make noise. Car has been in the service center about 2- 4 days of every week I owned it and I brought the car 6 weeks ago Problem with electric not repaired.
