This place is a joke .Took my car there for a oil change.some how one of my tires got damage in the shop.They gime a new tire but never the same one that I have.Lower quality. The engine oil was neve change.some how one of my tires got damage in the shop.They gime a new tire but never the same one that I have.Lower quality. The engine oil was never reset The was oil on the door wich damage my t shirt.All the tires were low on air wich means they dont check for air .Iam not even sure if the oil was change.will never go back in there.The cashier ladies had their covid 19 mask all way down to the neck. I will never get another vehicle from Miami Lakes Automall again so I never have to deal with their service department. I take my car for an oil change /tire rotation and a recall. Come pick it up an Automall again so I never have to deal with their service department. I take my car for an oil change /tire rotation and a recall. Come pick it up and drive it around. Get home at night and a weird noise and smell is coming from the engine. The tech that worked on my vehicle forgot to put the oil cap back on and oil is completely covering my engine now and underneath my hood. Their service department is the absolute worst! Needless to say, recommend always checking the work that’s done to your vehicle before leaving the dealership so you don’t have to go through the same situation. More
