My 2015 Silverado I purchased a new Silverado High Country at this dealership. When I picked it up I noticed a scratch on the center console and another on the steering I purchased a new Silverado High Country at this dealership. When I picked it up I noticed a scratch on the center console and another on the steering wheel airbag cover. They gave me an I owe you paper and said they would call me once everything came in. Months past, still no word. I decided to go in and speak with a service manager and that's when I met Diango. Diango apologized for what had happen, and promised to take care of it, and boy did he! Within 2 days everything was in, he called me and told me to come in today and he would personally make sure everything got done as it should. Within 2 1/2 hours he had the parts replaced, my oil changed, my truck washed and pointed out a foggy fog lights that I hadn't noticed and told me it had been ordered and would call me as soon as he had it. Now that is excellent customer service. I am very happy with my experience. THANK YOU DIANGO! More

Car sat for two weeks untouched until we decided to take it My vehicle was brought to this service center three times after they failed to fix one issue which ultimately left me stranded on the road each time. My vehicle was brought to this service center three times after they failed to fix one issue which ultimately left me stranded on the road each time. That was 8 months ago, it was brought there again 3 weeks ago and last Monday I was asked to authorize the expense of tearing down my engine to diagnose a camshaft error code and engine light. They assured us it was in process several times when we even managed to get in touch. Greg apparently avoids returning phone calls as much as he avoids working. Today when we called to check in we were told the vehicle hasn't even been touched. For two weeks my car had sat there and for two weeks I've been lied to daily. It's bad enough that my vehicle has been at this dealership for over 6 weeks in the year that I've owned it, but add this most recent issue and I've opened a claim with the FTC and BBB. Worst customer service experience I've ever had. More
