Did not fix the problem - No one has addressed my issues from Miami Lakes Kia. And here are the facts. After waiting for service for a total of 6 hours and the only thing the No one has addressed my issues from Miami Lakes Kia. And here are the facts. After waiting for service for a total of 6 hours and the only thing they did was Change the oil. My initial complain that the engine was burning the oil was not taken in consideration. So on 7/19 with mileage of 35,106 and oil change was done by Miami Lakes Kia. I went traveling to orlando this weekend so on 7/28 with 36,138 miles the engine starting shaking, car was stalling when I accelerated. So when I checked the oil. It was completely out, dry. Had to put 5 quarts of oil to bring it to the nearest KIA Dealer By the way. I tried calling Miami Lakes Kia Service department but kept ringing or got a voice mail. I left a message 2 hours ago and still have not call me back I am at another KIA Service center... But I shouldn't be here on the 1st place if Miami Lakes Kia did their job. By the way the Kia service center I am at came without am appointment. To just check it is only am hour and if they need to spend more time they will set up an appointment and provide me with a loaner. Otto where was my loaner... I has an appointment set up!!! More
My CAR WILL NOT START-PATCH JOB This morning I picked up my vehicle after it being serviced for the ignition recall. Considering the vehicle sat at the dealer for over a month, the This morning I picked up my vehicle after it being serviced for the ignition recall. Considering the vehicle sat at the dealer for over a month, the vehicle would not start. The service dept attempted to give me the car back with my engine making noises that it should not. They took the vehicle back to a technician that did a "patch" just to get me out of there. There was fluids all over the engine that I had to insist that my vehicle be taken back to the service bay and have the engine cleaned. Now that I have left the dealer MY CAR WILL NOT START. This needs to be handled immediately, some one needs to come get my car, bring me a car to use, fix my car back to the condition from when I left it originally. I hope to hear from you soon. More

I have never had a positive experience with this service dept. In December we brought our Jeep in for repair, the throttle warning light was on. $2500 later and excuses why the other items we asked to be fi dept. Less than 8 weeks later the light is on and the Jeep is not safe to drive. I phone to speak with the service manager. Rude, arrogant and definitely not listening or caring what I have to say, he tells me I will receive a call from my "service specialist". That was two days ago. NEVER have we had a positive experience with this group of clowns. I've made appointments, driven there only to be told the diesel mechanic was a) off, and the second time, b) being certified. Guess they don't have the intelligence level to call the customers and reschedule. I would never had taken my car back after the first oil change but they have the only Jeep Certified Diesel mechanic in Miami. My 80,000 mile service cost $6500 because the four wheel drive system burnt out less than two weeks later. When my husband took it back in he was told his "wife must have hit something to loosen the screw, and all the oil drained out", the car is trail rated and the wife hit nothing. I LOATHE this place and their shoddy standards of customer care and service. STAY AWAY!!!!! More

El tanque del engine coolant llego por debajo del nivel minimo y cuando me entregaron el auto ni siquiera lo habian revisado tuve que decirle al empleado que por favor rellenara el tanque, los papeles del vehicucle checkup fueron llenados con errors y estoy convencido que del cupon que me dio la Mitsubishi por haber comprador un auto Nuevo donde el cambio de aceite, cambio de filtro, puntos de inspection y otros servicios gratuitos la mayoria no fueron hechos. Since the moment I arrived the dealer,, Alan Kahn was friendly, attentive and very thorough in his explanation of my car needs. He greeted me immediately and asked how he could help. I told him about my friendly, attentive and very thorough in his explanation of my car needs. He greeted me immediately and asked how he could help. I told him about my oil change and he explained how it was important to take care of my 15000 mile service. He answered all questions I had clearly and was very patient with all my questions. He explained how long it would take and called me to let me know when the car was ready. It was an extremely positive experience and I plan to bring my husband's car (also a Kia) in for its service to this location with this dealer. More
