I went to visit the Miami Lakes location on a Saturday morning and I was very impressed with the fast service that I was given. I thought I had a problem with my brakes, but after inspecting my vehicle I morning and I was very impressed with the fast service that I was given. This was not my first trip to the dealership for service, as since I bought the car in March, 2009 I come in to the dealership for oil changes and periodic service in line with my warranty. However, on this Friday afternoon when my "Check air pressure" light went on, I decided to make a quick trip in to see if I was too late to have my tires checked. Diango Barreiro greeted me, assured me that it was not too late in the afternoon, and quickly identified the nail in my tire which was in a location that was impossible to repair. He looked through their inventory of tires and found one that was appropriate. Since it was time for my 3-month service, I asked that it be taken care of if their time permitted. Diango advised me that the car would be ready by 6:00 p.m. I made use of the computer in the waiting room to catch up on my e-mails. Although two other customers were in the waiting room, obviously ahead of me, my car was ready at 5:30 p.m. It had even been washed! More
