I came in with an appt and they took the car in 1 hour later and took about 3 overall. I asked to check on a leak that I notice on the truck and once they turned it back I was told they forgot about it. A later and took about 3 overall. Overall, not too happy. I even purchased the 3 year plan and this is my first experience there. I wonder how the walk ins do.
