Used car sold as is, wasn't a safe car I helped my granddaghter buy a used 2000 Monto Carlo for 5000.00. I knew it cost.more then the blue book value of the car, but my granddaughter loved I helped my granddaghter buy a used 2000 Monto Carlo for 5000.00. I knew it cost.more then the blue book value of the car, but my granddaughter loved it and I thought buying it from a dealership like Rodgers Chevrolet it would be checked out. While I do understand it is a old car and would probably need work on it at different times. I would very unhappy to find out that the struts were going threw the trunk after only owning it 10 months. This not only cost a good amount of money but was not safe to drive. The man who fixed it said he had never seen so much rust and it could have cut the tire and caused a accident. The dealership said the car was sold as is. While I do understand that I have a hard time understanding how they could sell a car in that condition. They had to know it was rusted out that bad, we hadnt even gone through one winter. My granddaughter called to talk to the salesman, he never returned her calls. I have leased 4 chevrolet cars and just bought one recently at a different location, which is why I trusted in chevy's. Not Here tho!!! More

I had planeed on purchasing a car in the fall of this year 2012. Since I walk for exercise, I always checked out Rodgers Chevrolet's Pre-Certified Used Vehicles since I live near there. One week ago I had met Chris Warren who was very helpful on my purchase of a 2009 Chevy Cobalt LT. He brought it by my home for a test drive and the purchase was easy and streamlined. I told him should I purchase another vehicle, it will be from him and Rodgers Chevrolet for sure. Yesterday, I had a minor problem with the key fob not working and Don in the Service Dept. at Rodgers Chevy took care of it. He made me feel quite at ease. There are a lot of cars out there - the difference today is customer service. Rodger's Chevrolet receives 5 Stars for excellence. More
