Although I love my GMC pickup, I have had nothing but unfavorable experiences when taking it in for service at the dealership, I would never recommend it to anyone. This most recent time, I took it in fo unfavorable experiences when taking it in for service at the dealership, I would never recommend it to anyone. This most recent time, I took it in for a recall item and was charged over $300 out of pocket because I had after market parts on my truck. Like that should affect the fact that THEIR part was messed up. Worse, when the technician called me to tell me, he spoke to me in a condescending manner when I questioned the necessity of the repair (the truck is 7 years old and I haven’t had any issues up to this point). As a woman, I absolutely hate it when service folks do that. More
