Not a good experience; ordered a new car in January, not even built yet by June. They then told me it would take probably 4 more months. Had to cancel the order and buy a different car from a different dea even built yet by June. They then told me it would take probably 4 more months. Had to cancel the order and buy a different car from a different dealership. Updates during the 4 month wait were almost nonexistent. Salesman did not return calls or messages. They didn't seem to really want my business. Service dept on the other hand, are professional and take interest in you as a customer. More

Dealership is not up to date with technology. Advertises online but doesn't have tools to complete remotely. Adds additional fees not reflected in the price. Service was for warranty, took care of one of the 3 issues I asked about. 1 was not able to diagnose, the other one, they said they removed a plastic plate that would fix the noise and that was not the issues I asked about. 1 was not able to diagnose, the other one, they said they removed a plastic plate that would fix the noise and that was not the issue. They were nice, and i know it is not this guy's fault directly why the brand new car is making a funny sound, but I know he gets paid to take care of it and it's not fixed, no shuttle or rental car, and I use this vehicle for work, so a second time now I have to take my valuable time to get them to try, and I use that loosely, try, to fix the sound. $40k for a new car and already having issues.....idk More
