The service department does sloppy work. Took my truck in to diagnose a blinker issue. Got the truck back and they said the blinker housing had bent connections. It looks like they took a chisel to the housi to diagnose a blinker issue. Got the truck back and they said the blinker housing had bent connections. It looks like they took a chisel to the housing for some reason and then claimed it came in that way. Which was untrue. Then told me it was going to be $1600 to replace. After they had mashed on the part. Then they left the battery cover off and all of the rivets to the radiator shield were missing. The service manager said he would fix it and then I never heard from him again. They are unethical, lazy and dishonest. I’ve had poor service from them in the past. Should have learned my lesson from that. Will never use Michael Hohl for any of my vehicle needs ever again. More
