My previous review (1 week ago) was 5 out of 5 on the purchase assistance of buying my new truck. I took it in for some warrantee work and to have a dash camera installed. Dropped it off at 7:30 am on Th purchase assistance of buying my new truck. I took it in for some warrantee work and to have a dash camera installed. Dropped it off at 7:30 am on Thursday and was told it might have to stay overnight. Received a text message and email message from Jose, the service writer, soon there after. The messages said to text or call for any questions I might have. Friday afternoon around 2:30 pm I hadn't heard anything about the status of my truck so I sent a text to Jose asking for a status check. Didn't hear anything so at 3:30 pm I called and left a voice message on Jose's extention. It's now 6:30 pm and I never received a return text or call and apparently they are going to keep my vehicle untill Monday or later. Why send text messages and email messages if they are going to be ignored? I certainly hope the quality of the service technician is better than the quality of communication from the service writers! From this service experience the messages I received from dropping off my truck were nothing more than blowing smoke. More
