Worst experience I've ever came across. Sad part is my truck only has 11k miles. 90k spent on my truck and horrible service. Not only was I charged for services that didn't need to be done at the time. B truck only has 11k miles. 90k spent on my truck and horrible service. Not only was I charged for services that didn't need to be done at the time. But also took over 3 weeks to get my truck actually back. Had 1 phone call during that whole time to update me on status. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be going to Champion Chevrolet from now on in Reno. Not even all the services where done that was stated by the service tech to be done at the same time fuel and air filter. Then after I get my point across to the tech Joe tells me he can put my old fuel filter back on. Who says that to a customer. When I am trying to stay good in my warranty to keep my vehicle running properly this is what goes on. I did contact corporate office for Chevrolet and yet to hear back.
