They seem to try hard but the work says different. My truck when in dirty and came out kind of washed with a large scratch on the truck. I would have given five stars, but I brought it in to balance my tire pressure, and every single tire read a different psi from one another (37,36,33,32). Worst experience I've ever came across. Sad part is my truck only has 11k miles. 90k spent on my truck and horrible service. Not only was I charged for services that didn't need to be done at the time. But also took over 3 weeks to get my truck actually back. Had 1 phone call during that whole time to update me on status. Absolutely ridiculous and I will be going to Champion Chevrolet from now on in Reno. Not even all the services where done that was stated by the service tech to be done at the same time fuel and air filter. Then after I get my point across to the tech Joe tells me he can put my old fuel filter back on. Who says that to a customer. When I am trying to stay good in my warranty to keep my vehicle running properly this is what goes on. I did contact corporate office for Chevrolet and yet to hear back. Our son bought his first car and it somehow got locked up on a theft/electrical issue. They were extremely knowledgeable regarding this obsure little oddity with this truck! They didn't try to oversell extras which was very appreciated and guaranteed us as return customers! More
