Excellent service I brought my car in because I was sent a letter about a problem with the headlights. Mine had the problem described in the letter. Usually the dealers I brought my car in because I was sent a letter about a problem with the headlights. Mine had the problem described in the letter. Usually the dealership is paid to replace problem parts but in this case I had to pay for it and then submit my paperwork and proof of payment to get reimbursed, that is why I rated the "price" below as poor. Larry was very nice and so was the lady I paid because she made me a duplicate copy so I could send in the information to Cadillac. Also, I appreciated getting my car washed. I used to take it to a car wash but once the blower knocked my gas cover off and I had to go back and find it. The carwash people said "Oh that happens". More
